Program information - MINDSTRONG is a manualized seven-session, evidence-based cognitive behavioral skills-building program with the goal of building resiliency and coping skills to improve mental health. The program equips participants with skills that have been shown to reduce stress, anxiety, and depressive symptoms, as well as enhance healthy lifestyle behaviors for young adults 18+ years of age. MINDBODYSTRONG is a parallel version tailored for practicing healthcare clinicians.
